Yes! For custom designs, I always provide a digital mockup for your approval before production starts. Once approved, no changes can be made.

Rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you need something fast, contact me before placing your order to confirm availability and possible rush fees.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package anytime from that link.

Currently, I ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future — stay tuned!

Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. However, if there’s a mistake on my end (wrong item, damaged product, or incorrect design), please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll make it right.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
