Custom & Personalized Items
All custom and personalized items are final sale.
- Because each piece is made uniquely for you, we strictly cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items (Reinforcement)
To reinforce our policy, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Email us immediately at wecare@khameleonique.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Resolution
Damage Caused by Khameleonique: If the damage or error was caused by the mistake of Khameleonique (e.g., shipping the wrong item or size), a replacement will be issued.
- Damage Caused by Carrier: If the damage was sustained during shipment, a claim will be filed with the shipping carrier. Resolution will be determined by the carrier's claims process.
